Last Updated: June 2026

Welcome to heYUM.co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the heYUM.co website, waitlist signup, and any associated features. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

heYUM.co is a platform designed to cure food decision paralysis using an AI-driven decision engine. Currently, the service is under active development, and we are offering early queue slots (waitlist registrations) for beta testing access.

2. User Representations & Waitlist

By entering your email address to join the waitlist, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are providing a valid and accurate email address.
  • You consent to receive communications and project status updates regarding heYUM.
  • You will not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to spam waitlist registrations.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the brand name "heYUM", the winking bowl logo, user interface designs, layouts, graphics, and code, is the property of heYUM.co and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, replicate, or use any of our assets without prior written consent.

4. Disclaimers of Warranties

The website and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI engine will always pick a dish to your liking or that the service will be launch-ready on a specific timeline.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, heYUM.co and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our website or waitlist service.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to remove any email address from the waitlist database or restrict website access if we detect spam, fraudulent activity, or conduct that violates these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
